was an immersive dining experience held in my restaurant, A Ilegítima, bringing together a collective of artists around the primal elements of fire and wood. Centered around a table transformed by the Japanese Yakisugi burning technique, the evening celebrated rebirth and resilience, with dishes crafted to evoke the essence of flame. It was a night where art, food, and ritual converged in a powerful expression of renewal.
